Dragonworks Developments Pte. Ltd. (“Dragonworks”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to Discord, YouTube, or other third-party services you may use through us, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We only collect:

• Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can reply to you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
• Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived here. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• Discord — links and buttons take you to Discord, which is operated separately (privacy policy).

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Server logs are retained for a limited time by our hosting provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA). To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
